November 24, 2009 - We have learned that the agenda for the Cincinnati City Council meeting scheduled Wednesday, November 25th, does NOT include a vote on the proposed Cincinnati sign ordinance.
Any known scheduled future vote will be publicized. Note that this ordinance is misnamed "Right of Way" and will be listed as such.
TUNE IN: Brian Patrick, host of the Son Rise Morning Show, Sacred Heart Radio/EWTN, 740 AM will interview Cincinnati City Council Member Chris Monzel Wednesday morning, November 25th, at 6:50 a.m. about the city sign ordinance legislation and its restriction of free speech.

ACTION: Please continue to contact Mayor Mark Mallory and Cincinnati City Council members and request that they do not vote on the city sign ordinance until clear, written guidelines for social justice demonstrators are included, to ensure equal and just free speech for all.
