Cross Cleanup Day

We have scheduled another cleaning day to complete the cleaning of the remainder of the large set of crosses as well as the smaller set from the storage facility. We will service and wash the crosses of the Cemetery of the Innocents. Please, if you can spare a few hours to help, it would be greatly appreciated. Water and snacks provided; bring a lawn chair.

We are so very grateful for the wonderful volunteers from multiple parishes who came out to clean and maintain the Cemetery of the Innocent crosses. We had a very productive series of cleaning days at St. Elizabeth Ann Seton in May and at St. Columban in June for the Cemetery of the Innocent crosses. We had approximately twenty volunteers and have completed cleaning of about 2/3 of the crosses stored on the original trailer.
A tremendous thank you to Pete Kimener and McCormick Equipment (Loveland, OH) for the donation of a brand new trailer and warehouse storage, which will protect the crosses from weather damage while stored.
